CAN’T MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT?

I understand life happens and things come up sometimes and I am happy for you to modify your booking at any time up until 24 hours beforehand. If you need to cancel within this 24 hour period (excluding covid related reasons), 50% of the treatment cost is required and I will call you to collect your credit card details or send an invoice via email. Once you’ve received the booking confirmation via email, you have accepted these conditions.

You are very welcome to offer your appointment to someone else if you can not make it. Please understand I am a small business and if you cancel your appointment at short notice that is a loss of income for my small business.

LATE ARRIVALS

It’s important that you arrive on time to enjoy the full duration of your session and to get the most out of your massage experience. Unfortunately, if you arrive late I may not be able to extend your treatment session over the intended time as I often have back to back bookings.

CAN I STILL ATTEND MY APPOINTMENT IF I HAVE COVID, A COLD / FLU OR GENERALLY FEELING UNWELL? 

No, please do not attend your appointment if you have covid or are not feeling well. Please give me as much notice as possible to allow me time to offer your appointment to another client and reschedule your appointment.

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE & HICAPS

Rebates available with all funds depending on your level of cover. Hicaps​ is available for on the spot private health claiming, providing Remedial Massage is included in your cover.

PARKING

Please allow enough time to find a car park so you can arrive to your massage without feeling rushed. Street parking is available on Glenferrie road. May I recommend parking in a 2 hour space (even if your appointment is a 60 minute treatment) to ensure there's no chance of a parking fine. Parking is also available at Malvern Central and is just a short walk to the clinic.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Malvern train station is very close to the clinic and tram stop is on Glenferrie road very close to the clinic.
