CAN’T MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT?

I understand life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. You are welcome to modify your booking at any time, provided it’s at least 24 hours before your appointment.

For cancellations made within the 24-hour period, a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply. In this case, I will contact you to arrange payment via credit card or send an invoice by email. Once you’ve received the booking confirmation via email, you have accepted these conditions.

If you’re unable to attend your appointment, you’re welcome to offer the appointment to someone else. Please keep in mind that as a small business, last-minute cancellations result in a loss of income, which greatly impacts my ability to provide services. Thank you for your understanding and support.

LATE ARRIVALS

It’s important that you arrive on time to enjoy the full duration of your session and to get the most out of your massage experience. Unfortunately, if you arrive late I may not be able to extend your treatment session over the intended time as I often have back to back bookings.

CAN I STILL ATTEND MY APPOINTMENT IF I HAVE COVID, A COLD / FLU OR GENERALLY FEELING UNWELL? 

No, please do not attend your appointment if you have covid or are not feeling well. Please give me as much notice as possible to allow me time to offer your appointment to another client and reschedule your appointment.

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE & HICAPS

Rebates available with all funds depending on your level of cover. Hicaps​ is available for on the spot private health claiming, providing Remedial Massage is included in your cover.

PARKING

Please allow enough time to find a car park so you can arrive to your massage without feeling rushed. Street parking is available on Hawthorn road and Inkerman road. May I recommend parking in a 2 hour space (even if your appointment is a 60 minute treatment) to ensure there's no chance of a parking fine.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Malvern train station is about 800 metres from the clinic and tram stop on Hawthorn road is at the front of the clinic.
