Remedial Massage

LMM_ILLUSTRATION_ 4.png

Remedial Massage is a therapeutic treatment that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of muscular pain and dysfunction. It goes beyond relaxation to target specific areas of tension, imbalance, or injury using evidence-based techniques tailored to your body’s needs.

An initial treatment begins with a discussion of your health history, lifestyle and symptoms to create a treatment plan unique to you. Techniques such as deep tissue work, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy may be used to help reduce muscle tightness, improve joint mobility and restore balance to the musculoskeletal system.

Remedial Massage can support recovery from chronic pain, postural tension or overuse injuries caused by repetitive movements or sedentary work. It’s also effective for easing conditions like shoulder stiffness, lower back pain, neck tension and headaches.

Your session with me is designed to create both therapeutic relief and a sense of calm. By incorporating mindful touch and nervous system regulation, your treatment becomes more than just physical repair, it’s a reset for both body and mind.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage is a nurturing, supportive treatment designed to care for both mother and baby throughout the journey of pregnancy. As the body changes, muscles and joints work harder to support growing weight, leading to common discomforts such as lower back pain, hip tightness, leg cramps, and swollen feet.

This gentle, safe massage uses supportive positioning and specialised techniques to ease tension, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system. By lowering stress hormones and promoting relaxation, pregnancy massage helps improve sleep quality and supports emotional wellbeing, creating a sense of calm and connection during this transformative time.

Each session is tailored to your stage of pregnancy and your body’s needs on the day. Whether you’re seeking relief from physical discomfort or simply want time to unwind, this treatment offers a soothing space for deep rest and restoration.

My focus is to help mothers-to-be feel comfortable, supported, and nurtured, creating a moment of peace that benefits both you and your growing baby.

Lymphatic Massage

LMM_ILLUSTRATION_ 4.png

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to support your body’s natural detoxification and healing processes. The lymphatic system plays a vital role in immunity, waste removal, and fluid balance, yet it can easily become sluggish due to stress, fatigue, illness, or a sedentary lifestyle.

During this deeply soothing treatment, light, repetitive strokes are used to stimulate lymph flow and encourage the movement of toxins, metabolic waste, and excess fluid. The result is a feeling of lightness, reduced puffiness, and improved vitality. Many clients describe it as a “reset” for their body, a chance to restore balance from within.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage can be particularly beneficial for those experiencing bloating, fluid retention, low immunity, or post-surgical swelling. It also supports skin health, recovery, and general wellbeing by improving circulation and helping the body clear what it no longer needs.

This treatment is delivered in a calm, restorative space that allows your nervous system to unwind. As your body begins to slow down, the healing work of the lymphatic system naturally increases, helping you feel refreshed, lighter, and more at ease.

Abdominal Massage

LMM_ILLUSTRATION_ 4.png

Abdominal Massage is a gentle yet powerful treatment that focuses on one of the body’s most important and often overlooked areas. This massage supports digestive health, eases bloating and tension, and helps improve the function of your internal organs by increasing circulation and encouraging natural movement within the abdomen.

Many of us hold stress in our belly, where the body instinctively tightens in response to emotional strain. Over time, this can lead to digestive sluggishness, discomfort, and a sense of disconnection from our core. Abdominal Massage helps release these stored tensions while promoting relaxation through the parasympathetic nervous system,  your body’s “rest and digest” mode.

Each session is performed with care, using slow, nurturing movements that work in harmony with the body’s rhythms. Clients often leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

Abdominal massage can be included as part of a treatment plan, especially for women experiencing stress, digestive discomfort, or hormonal changes during perimenopause. This deeply restorative therapy not only supports your physical wellbeing but also helps you reconnect to your body’s natural flow and calm.

Upper Body Unwind

LMM_ILLUSTRATION_ 4.png

You may not realise how much tension builds up in your scalp and face due to stress and poor posture. This deeply therapeutic massage treatment is designed to release that tension, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed, and softened.

Focusing on the back, neck, shoulders, scalp, and face (and arms if you would like them included) this treatment combines experienced massage techniques, Gua Sha tools, and gentle lymphatic drainage to promote circulation, reduce tightness and encourage relaxation. A nourishing facial oil enhances the face massage, while a coconut oil is used for the scalp, leaving your hair soft and rejuvenated (expect a little oil in your hair afterward).

Do you love the sensation of having your hair washed at the salon? This treatment delivers that same blissful feeling, with the added benefits of therapeutic touch and targeted tension relief. A combination of massage pressures is applied throughout, ensuring a truly customised and restorative experience.

Rest & Digest Massage

LMM_ILLUSTRATION_ 4.png

Your treatment begins with a massage tailored to your body’s needs, easing tension and helping you settle into deep relaxation.

As the massage treatment comes to an end, you will be comfortably draped with a weighted blanket to help you feel grounded and calm.

Soft, restorative sounds will play through headphones while an eye pillow helps you turn inward and rest more deeply.

This time is designed to give your body and mind a quiet moment to reset.

You will then be left to rest in stillness for 15 minutes - no expectations, no rush, simply space to breathe and soften.

When it’s time, I will return quietly to gently bring you back to the present moment, leaving you feeling restored, balanced, and deeply cared for.
