Snore. I think I fell asleep

I love hearing those

sleep sounds when a client takes a lil' nap during a treatment. Breathing changes to a devine slow rhythmic inhale / exhale and I can feel the whole body fully surrender. It brings me comfort to know a person can allow that depth of rest while with me.

When a massage is soothing the brain responds by releasing those 'sleepy time' hormones and so when a client flows with that release their body is doing what it needs to do.

Never apologise or worry about falling asleep during a massage treatment. It's a safe nourishing space to have that little.
