LYMPHATIC MASSAGE

Your lymphatic system is a crucial part of your body’s self-care mechanism. Acting as a natural detox pathway, it helps remove waste, excess fluid, toxins, and supports immune function. When the lymphatic system becomes sluggish or congested—due to stress, illness, lack of movement, or surgery—it can lead to bloating, puffiness, water retention, fatigue, and a general feeling of heaviness in the body.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body. Using light, sweeping movements and precise sequences, this treatment encourages your lymphatic system to work more efficiently. While subtle in touch, the impact can be deeply restorative—helping you feel lighter, clearer, and more balanced.

This massage is especially beneficial for those recovering from illness, experiencing fluid retention, or simply looking to support their body’s natural detox process. It’s also deeply calming for the nervous system, helping to restore a sense of ease and balance.

This treatment is perfect for when you feel sluggish, stagnant, or simply in need of a gentle reset. Let your body soften, release, and restore from the inside out.

POSTURAL TAPING

This type of taping assists with reducing muscle pain & fatigue, reducing swelling, improved posture support, assist range of movement. The tape I use is hypoallergenic and water resistant. It is a flexible elastic tape which when applied allows you to still move freely and with all its benefits. Upper Back and Shoulder taping is a very popular region to tape helping with upper body posture.

Body taping during pregnancy can give well needed support to a body that is feeling a heavy strain during pregnancy. Taping can be applied over the tummy to help lift the abdomen up or applied to the back body for more support, especially around the lower back.  Postural taping can be applied at the end of your treatment.
