I have a busy toddler who found his way to us after 4 years of ART and IVF.
I 100% believe Movement is Medicine. I intentionally move my body as a form of self-care everyday. Running, walking, strength training, skipping and yoga are my favourites. It may be only 10 minutes of movement some days and longer on other days, I'm not strict on the time duration, it's more about how I feel and respecting that.
I dislike tea towels, I prefer paper towels in my kitchen area.
I'm a hugger. If you know me well I'll slide on in for a hug very easily. Social distancing and not hugging was very difficult for me.
